SC-222 Screen Channel Loudspeaker Overview

The DCS SC-222 is a two-way bi-amplified cinema screen channel loudspeaker engineered for medium-format auditoriums requiring controlled 90° horizontal coverage and high vocal intelligibility. The system combines dual 15-inch low-frequency drivers with a 1.5-inch exit titanium diaphragm compression driver for dynamic front-channel performance.

Engineered for Bi-Amp Cinema Integration

With a frequency response of 37 Hz to 16 kHz and a dedicated 700 Hz active crossover, the SC-222 is designed for precise screen channel reproduction using separate LF and HF amplification. The shallow 20-inch enclosure depth simplifies behind-screen installation while maintaining structural rigidity and acoustic consistency.
